A way to set priority or at least to sort by a priority field.
Status: completedThere is a priority feature in the system that you can turn on in Configuration > Features.
This will allow you to set priorities as well as sort tickets in the worklist view based on those priorities.

Ability to create very simple understanding of projects and task lists. Attach tickets to projects.
