    A way to set priority or at least to sort by a priority field.

    Status: completed

    There is a priority feature in the system that you can turn on in Configuration > Features.

    This will allow you to set priorities as well as sort tickets in the worklist view based on those priorities.

    Projects

    Ability to create very simple understanding of projects and task lists. Attach tickets to projects.

    Customizable Emails

    Ability to fully customize the emails sent via the HelpDesk.

    Choose fields included in email.
    Ticket Events with custom messages:
    New Ticket
    Reply to Ticket
    Transfer Ticket
    Close Ticket
    Delete Ticket
    Re-Open Ticket

    Sub-Classes

    Allow for sub-classes to be created for better reporting and easier ticket submission for our users.
